Requirements
Theresponsibilities for the Zoho Implementation Specialist &Product Manager will be:
Implementingour current Zoho system addressing existing issues designing andprocessing applications and managing productsdevelopment.
Lead the implementationof the current Zoho system across all franchiselocations.
Identify and resolveexisting problems within the system to ensure optimalperformance.
Customise and configurethe system to meet the specific needs of the franchise carebusiness.
Design and develop Zohorelated applications and processes to improve businessoperations.
Work closely withstakeholders to understand requirements and translate them intotechnical solutions.
Ensure that Zohosystem processes are streamlined efficient anduserfriendly.
Oversee the developmentand enhancement of Zoho related products andtools.
Manage product lifecycle fromconcept to launch ensuring alignment with businessgoals.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of product featuresand improvements.
Provide trainingand support to franchisees and employees onZoho

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed for the Job Experienceworking in a recruiting function and leading a team, managingnumerous vacancies simultaneously. Experience using a HR system,preferably Zoho-recruit. Strong understanding of the recruitmentmarketplace including advertising media such as Indeed and TotalJobs, recruitment consultancies and direct recruitment. Experienceusing TotalJobs and Indeed preferred. Confident and professionalcommunicator with stakeholders at all levels. Intermediate excelexperience. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to deal with sensitive issues professionally andconfidentially. Manages time effectively to simultaneouslyundertake several tasks
