Home Instead are unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference to their lives everyday! 

As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team. 

Excellent rates of pay, £13.00 - £14.00 Double time for bank holidays 

With guaranteed hours contracts to fit around your lifestyle 

Full or part-time hours available 

All visits are a minimum of an hour 

Paid mileage, 30P - 45p per mile

Paid training 

Paid shadowing visits 

Ongoing support from Team Leaders 

Regular team meet-ups and social events

Qualifications

f you have a knack for making people smile, then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional, so no prior experience of care is required. All your paid training will take place at our office in Southampton with our award-winning training team.

Additional Information

We ask you have a means of transport as clients are predominantly cared for in their own homes or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings.
