This role is all about the person to child relationship, are you the kind of person that just gets what children are going through and can help them to stay calm under emotional situations.
Are you equipped with strategies to support children to get back on track when they are demotivated and disengage.
Do you love to see children thrive in their own environment and have a good sense of humour?
Can you engage children and inspire pupils to work to the best of their ability.
Have knowledge of key developmental milestone for Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Transfer and share your own knowledge, expertise and guide others with your professionalism.
Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
Requirements
The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require;
Passion and drive to support children in education.
Excellent communication and language skills.
Desirable - recent experience working with children.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals.
Have a passion for Mental, Health and wellbeing with the ability to plan and deliver playful, and hands on experiences for children.
You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
