Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher looking for a new role? Step Teachers are working with a "Good" Ofsted-rated Primary School in Watford to find a Year 4 Teacher to join their team starting in September 2024 on a supply basis. This school fosters a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Year 4 Teacher – Role:
- Able to deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
- Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
- Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
- Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.
Year 4 Teacher – Requirements:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
- SEND experience is desirable.
