Year 2 TeacherResponsibilities
- Planprepare and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year2 students.
- Implementappropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspirestudents.
- Assess andmonitor student progress providing regular feedback and settingtargets forimprovement.
- Collaboratewith colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share bestpractices.

- Participate instaff meetings professional development workshops and other schoolactivities asrequired.
Year 2TeacherRequirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Education or a relatedfield.
- Qualified TeacherStatus (QTS) orequivalent.
- Provenexperience teaching Year 2 students in a primary schoolsetting.
- Excellentknowledge of the National Curriculum and assessmentmethods.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability todifferentiate instruction to meet the needs of individuallearners.
- Dedication toongoing professional development and a commitment to stayinguptodate with the latest educationalpractices.
- Flexibility andadaptability to work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
