Responsibilities:Classroom Teaching:Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and 2).Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.Foster a love for learning and curiosity among pupils.Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
Curriculum Development:Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and long-term plans.Use assessment data to inform teaching strategies and adapt content as needed.Integrate cross-curricular themes and promote critical thinking.
Assessment and Reporting:Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.Maintain accurate records of student achievement.Prepare termly reports for parents and guardians.
Professional Development:Participate in relevant training and continuous professional development.Stay informed about educational trends and best practices. Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and 2) in a UK school.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
