- Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday with rota for Saturday mornings
Our client is a well-established and respected New and Used Car Dealership with 22 dealerships across East Anglia, London, and the South East.
They are now actively looking for a Service Advisor for their car dealership in New Southgate, North London.

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the Workshop’s throughput, productivity, and efficiency. Ensure there is a smooth flow of internal work with no bottlenecks and grow a strong relationship with the Sales department. You will oversee the work carried out on the warranty system and ensure processes and procedures are adhered to.
You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to provide the best possible service for our customers whilst ensuring the Company's profit targets and objectives are achieved. You will be expected to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching, and motivation to all.

For this role you must have the following:
- More than 3 years of experience as a Workshop Controller in the automotive industry.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of consumer legislation, trade practices, and H+S legislation.
- Be financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Be prepared to assist in all areas of the business.
- Full and valid driving license
