Aboutthe Job:
Youll beresponsible for the daytoday operation of the workshop leading andmanaging a team of Technicians to maximise workflow andproductivity and ensure repairs are completed timely and accuratelydelivering the highest standards of quality for ourcustomers.
You will also supportin carrying out necessary repairs to cover absence within the teamsuch as during holidayperiods.
You will oversee healthand safety regulations and ensure safe working practices areadhered to within the workshop and carry out quality controlensuring repairs are carried out to the BSI PAS 10125standards.
Theyare dynamic in their approach and geared to completing outstandingrepairs by combining the latest techniques and most effectivetechnology with delivering excellent customer service. They ensurethat their customers are at the heart ofwhat

Requirements
Aboutyou:
- Youwill have an extensive understanding of the repair industry vehiclelegislation and trade practices as an MET Panel or Paint Technicianfrom an accident repair background and you will ideally havesupervisoryexperience.
- Youwill have knowledge of all aspects of Health and Safety includingan understanding of the provisions of EPA and Risk Assessmentsexperience of working in a fastpaced workshop working in a job timestructure with a focus on producing compliant highquality work andproven ability to plan and priories work and work ofothers.
- Additionallyyou will have excellent interpersonal communication and timemanagement skills with the ability to work underpressure.
