Responsibilities

:

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Create and implementprehensive training sessions to enable business users to perform basic HR tasks independently, such as updating personal information and managing holiday requests.

  • Provide targeted training to HR teams and various business units to maximise the utilisation of the Workday platform.

  • Continuously assess and adapt training methods to ensure effectiveness and engagement.

  • Global Coordination:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and NYC to ensure a consistent and cohesive training approach.

  • Address and support region-specific challenges and requirements.

  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with the Workday platform, particularly in an L&D capacity.

  • Strong background in developing and delivering training programmes.

  • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and adapt to varying levels of platform maturity across regions.

  • Previous experience in consultancy or a client-facing role is advantageous.

  • Investment banking experience is not essential..

  • Drive, enable and support the business, partnering with our leaders, clients, and consultants across our practices to take the best of emagine to our clients through opportunity identification/qualification, solution development/presentation
