Responsibilities
:Training Development and Delivery:
Create and implementprehensive training sessions to enable business users to perform basic HR tasks independently, such as updating personal information and managing holiday requests.
Provide targeted training to HR teams and various business units to maximise the utilisation of the Workday platform.
Continuously assess and adapt training methods to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
Global Coordination:
Coordinate and collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and NYC to ensure a consistent and cohesive training approach.
Address and support region-specific challenges and requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with the Workday platform, particularly in an L&D capacity.
Strong background in developing and delivering training programmes.
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and adapt to varying levels of platform maturity across regions.
Previous experience in consultancy or a client-facing role is advantageous.
Investment banking experience is not essential..
