Workday HRIS Analyst My client is one of the UK's finest Private Equity firms. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well led and established HR Team with an extremely low turn over.

This HRIS role is permanent.

About to embark on a Workday Implementation, this brand-new position will be the prime conduit between Workday, the IT department and the HR team. Once Workday has been implemented, the candidate will maintain ownership and be the subject matter expert on an ongoing basis.

The Role

To ensure the effective maintenance of organisational and people data for employees and contingent workers.

To support the implementation of Workday and going forwards manage the continuous improvement of Workday as well as analysing, configuring and implementing solutions to address the needs of the business.

The role will focus on data management, cleansing, data analysis and insights.

The firm's aim is to develop an effective digital HR environment with high quality data to support the firm's business strategies with better and faster workforce decisions informed by data.

The Candidate

Will have at least 5 years related experience (HRIS) which includes systems administration and project management.

Advanced Excel (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential) and Powerpoint.

Relevant degree qualification ( HR, Mathematics, Statistics,puter science) or equivalent professional accreditation.

Financial Services experience is an advantage but not essential.

And most crucially of all. Lots of experience with Workday.
