Working Hours:
Various Shifts Available: 05:30-13:30, 06:00-1400, 07:00-14:00, 15:00-22:00, 14-00-22:00 21.30-05.30, 22:00-06:00
Work any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.
Competitive Pay:
Starting at £12.15 per hour, rising to £12.69 after 12 weeks, plus £1.95 shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00.
Enhanced weekend rate of an additional £1.65 per hour.
Overtime: Paid every 4 weeks.
Productivity bonus: Up to £100 per week!
Your Role:
Work in a chilled environment (3-5 degrees), where you'll play a key role in ensuring the picking of items like alcohol, meats, milk, yoghurts, juices, to keep the shelves stocked for stores around the UK.
Maintain high standards of product quality.
Team collaboration: Flexibly move between departments as needed to support your colleagues.
What We Need from You:
Comfort in the cold: Willingness to work in a chilled environment for part or all of your shift.
Physical fitness: Ability to lift up to 20kg.
Flexibility: Available to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends.
Communication skills: Good verbal and written English.
Attention to detail: Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Adaptability: Eager to learn, with opportunities to train in different areas.
Full training provided, including the use of Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOP) or Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT).
