At Heavens Kitchen Steak House, we are looking for an experienced Front of House staff that is able to keep up with the busy working environment and has great people skills We are an independent steak house, family run restaurant, looking at bringing quality fresh food and service to Alton.We have an amazing team already but would like to increase the team to ensure we give the best experience to our guestsDuties, Responsibilities & Key skills:Ensuring you go the extra mile with our guestsHard working & efficientHave great interpersonal skillsShow real passion for the industry and an interest in the food we serveHave the ability to self manage at busy times and be proactive Lots of opportunities for progression.Shifts are variable week to week to which you will have flexibility. We are looking for either part time or full time staff that can cover during week and weekday too.On top of your basic pay, you will be provided with tips/ discretionary bonus performance pay.
