They are interested in meeting experienced Power, Energy and Infrastructure M&A professionals (6 years +) with excellent execution skills and solid sector knowledge:
Key responsibilities (will vary based on experience):
Working as part of an extremely successful sector team, working on M&A and Debt processes.
Preparation of marketing materials, including IM’s, teaser, RFP’s and Management Presentations
Building financial/ transactional models and engaging with clients
Engaging with clients and management on a regular basis and providing support with investor and management presentations.
Preparation of proposal documents, drafting and assisting with due diligence and incorporating due diligence findings into valuation materials and financial models.
Supporting senior bankers' marketing initiatives by co-ordinating the work of more junior team members to deliver a pitchbook to specification.
Coaching and managing juniors in the team.
Skills:
Must have 6+ years' of corporate finance experience in M&A or Debt from an Infrastructure team within a bank, boutique or Big 4.
Must have strong financial modelling and be able to build infrastructure models from scratch.
Must have a solid understanding of the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
Excellent team player and be able to build effective relationships.
Excellent communicator.
Ability to be proactive, preserve, overcome setbacks and deliver results.
Highly analytical and motivated individual with leadership potential.
If already at VP level, must show origination potential.
