Responsibilities
- Engage in strategic discussions with clients to understand their goals and objectives
- Analyze market trends and performpetitive analysis to identify potential buyers
- Develop and refine financial models to accurately assess potential M&A transactions
- Work closely with the deal team to execute marketing strategies and due diligence efforts
- Lead presentations to clients and potential buyers tomunicate transaction opportunities and value propositions
- Continuously assess and optimize M&A processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 6-9 Years of Consumer M&A experience from a Big 4, Boutique or Investment Bank
