To support this growth, they have a brand-new role for an experienced Videographer/Editor to join their Marketing team in Leeds.
Although essentially an in-house role, the creative team operate as an internal agency for the wider group. You’ll be office based in Leeds, however typically out on location 2 days a week.
What you’ll do:
• Support the Group Brand Manager to deliver a content strategy for social media.
• Concept development
• Define the project's goals, target audience, and message.
• Develop a creative concept and storyboard to visualize the shoot.
• Collaborate with the team to refine ideas and ensure alignment.
• Plan and organise the pre-production of shoots.
• Hands-on behind the camera to film and art direct shoots.
• Post-production editing incorporating transitions, effects, and colour correction.
• Ensure the final product aligns with the original concept and storyboard and the visual elements align with the overall aesthetic and brand identity.

• An organised and pro-active approach
• You’ll be a senior level, or an experienced mid-weight ready to move up!
• An inquisitive and curious personality who can challenge a brief.
• Confident in presenting to stakeholders and the wider team.
