Vet Surgeon Vacancy - 25 hours a week - Hertfordshire (to £35K)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Vet Surgeon to join the team at a small animal practice in the Welwyn Garden City area of Hertfordshire

• rarely available part time opportunity working 25 hours a week with weekends on a 1 in 3 rota and no OOH.
• practice is tis purpose built to industry leading standards and offers digital X-ray, a bright and spacious prep area, ultrasound machine, dedicated theatre, in house lab, separate dog, cat and isolation wards and 3 consult rooms.
• varied surgical and medical caseload includes small furries
• Ideally you will already have experience in practice and be confident with routine surgery and medicine
• join a friendly and busy team of 2 Vets, 2 Nurses, a student nurse and Practice Manager
• Supportive and friendly working environment
• CPD funding and memberships paid.
• free onsite parking and easy access to both Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City town centres and into the central London area.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• confident with routine surgery and medicine
• comfortable with small furries
