Job Details
As an experienced Valuations Senior Manager, you'll join a successful and dynamic team of valuations professionals where you'll take the lead on client engagements performing business valuations and financial analysis and reviews for a porfolio of corporate clients. You'll have experience conducting valuations of intangible assets, purchase price allocations and portfolio company/asset valuations for the purpose of financial reporting matters. As a Senior Manager, you'll also aid in the development of future opportunities, manage teams in the delivery of valuations, and develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
•Undertake research on industries, comparable companies and transactions
•Prepare financial models and analysis to support the valuation process
•Analyse and interpret financial statements and other relevant financial data to draw insightful conclusions and recommendations
•Manage workload on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met
Qualifications
•Solid experience in valuations ideally gained from another professional services or advisory firm
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in various valuation techniques including discounted cash flow, options and other derivatives pricing and intangible asset valuation techniques
•A track record of managing and delivering complex projects to high-quality standards
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in developing and delivering client presentations
•A commitment to teamwork and the ability to manage and develop junior staff
•Adept in interpreting financial statements in the context of valuations
•An understanding of current industry trends and regulations related to valuations
•A professional accounting or valuation qualification (e.g., ACA, CFA)
