The Green Recruitment Company have partnered with a leading Renewable Energy Investment Manager. They are looking for a Junior Analyst to join their Valuations team.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, conducting valuations, and asset management.
Responsibilities:
Quarterly update of project and fund models, producing discounted cash flow valuations and IRRs.
Review modelling input assumptions and present recommendations for changes.
Assist with creating valuation reporting packs and meeting investor/regulatory reporting requirements.
Support external fund audits and liaise with independent valuation advisors.
Identify and model value enhancement opportunities with the asset management team
Role Requirements:
University graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university
Demonstrate a hunger to learn
Able to demonstrate initiative and good judgement in carrying out day-to-day role
Strong attention to detail
