Your primary duties will include:
Proactive Engagement: Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails, targeting primary and secondary care sectors.
Customer-Centric Approach: Understand the specific needs and challenges of potential customers in the pulmonary function testing field, offering tailored product recommendations.
Collaboration and Strategy: Team up with field sales personnel and channel partners to build a robust pipeline and close deals.
Goal-Oriented Sales: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Research and Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest in Vitalograph's innovative products.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional with:
Proven Inside Sales Experience: Preferably in the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Exceptional Communication Skills: A great telephone manner coupled with effective interpersonal skills.
Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work independently while being self-driven and target oriented.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
Customer Focus: A strong organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements would be advantageous.
