One of Jersey’s leading providers of fiduciary services for private, corporate and institutional clients is recruiting for a trust administrator.
You will be responsible for the efficient administration of a portfolio of trust structures of varying complexity, while dealing with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis. Reporting to a team leader, your responsibilities will be to attend to all administration and client services issues, attend meetings with clients with the support of a manager, and attend to clients correspondence and tele contact. Daily management of all clients affairs, including the maintenance of all relevant trust and company records. Maintain statutory records in conjunction with the Corporate Secretarial Team and prepare and submit regulatory deliverables to the relevant regulatory bodies. Collect all KYC and due diligence from clients.
The ideal candidate will be qualified at least to a Category C employee as described by the JFSC and studying towards reaching Diploma/Professional level in a trust/finance related qualification.
