REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Candidate must have a minimum 12 years of hands-on working experience TRIRIGA
· Must have experience in Real Estate module of TRIRIGA, Lease accounting as per ASC 842 compliance standard.
· Strong consulting mindset, exceptional client interfacing skills.
· Help in Fit Gap Analysis, Design and complete implementation.
· Experience in conducting sprint ceremonies, sprint retrospect meetings as well as sprint planning sessions.
· Provide technical leadership in the development / implementation project.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills.
· Able to translate business requirements into user stories for execution in Sprint.
· Deep understanding of lease life cycle and lease accounting process, month end closer processing, Journal entry summarization & posting process, payment processing.
· Good Communication skill
· Coordinate with business and development team.
Basic understanding of below Functional Processes:
· Lease Life cycle management
· Lease Accounting (ASC 842 / FASB / IFRS 16)
· Journal Entry processing
· Payment processing
· TRIRIGA Real Estate management
Hands on experience on below Technical Expertise:
· TRIRIGA Architecture and Server setup
· Configuration of application modules using Application builder tools like data modular, form builder, Workflow builder, Portal & Navigation
· Data Migration and Integration using TDI, Integration Object
· Configuration of analytical report using BIRT report
· Approval and notification
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
· Capable of leading client discussions on Application Requirements, Non Functional Requirements, Design, and reviews
· Specializes in working closely with clients to provide technical blueprints and guidance on choosing the right solutions and vendor for his needs.
· Monitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessary.
· Create business proposals for clients and management, Negotiate new business contracts with clients.
· Offer product and service consultations for clients.
· Work with client on laying down the future road maps and presenting the Technical blueprint.
· Lead and contribute to presales, client presentations and orals and get the new business.
· Should have exposure to Cloud Technologies, recommendation of Services for installation of TRIRIGA on cloud.
· Hands on experience Administering, analyzing and deploying applications in IBM WebSphere Application Server is added advantage.
· Individual to lead a team of at least 10 members both technically and functionally.
· Lead business process sessions to document As-Is and To-Be processes.
· Develop Functional and technical requirements for To-Be business processes
· Participate in the information gathering and design process for a client implementation; including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
· Understanding the requirements by working with product owner & project team.
· Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
