An exciting opportunity has arisen within the College Apprenticeships team where we are seeking to appoint an individual who wishes to be part of a team providing an outstanding educational environment for our learners.
Successful candidates do not need prior experience of working within an education or apprenticeship setting, instead we are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills and who has the ability to successfully build relationships with employers, apprentices and assessors to support apprentices in achieving their qualifications. Successful candidates will also need to be self-motivated, have excellent I.T. skills and have the ability to work to deadlines.
Working as part of the apprenticeship team you will work closely with trainer/assessors to manage the apprenticeship journey from onboarding until end point assessment and completion. The role will involve enrolment of the learner onto programme and working with the Trainer/Assessor and employer to create an individualised training plan, which meets the needs and ambitions of the apprentice and enables them to achieve end point assessment and be successful in their chosen career.
