Job Title: Training Administrator – Events
Salary: Up to £34,000
Location: West Sussex – Hybrid working
My client is a membership organisation who have a passion for enjoying and sharing the great outdoor and they looking for a Training Administrator to join their team. As a Training administrator you will be responsible for promoting them as champions of the great outdoors by creating and arranging training courses that increase opportunities for members value, acquisition and retention. This will be a hybrid role with a mixture of office, on site and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for training centres administration and development
Liaise with existing venues and sourcing new venues and instructors making sure that members and non-members receive the best possible experience.
Negotiate renewal and new contracts with suppliers.
Actively research new training course opportunities and conduct meetings with the rest of the team.
Manage daily bookings and deal with payment errors
Coordinate pop-up events at venues and shows, ensuring that appropriate logistics, including instructors, are in place.
What do we require from you?
Strong training administration experience is essential – ideally within B2C or B2B
Proven ability and confidence to deliver outstanding courses on time
Ability to stay within budget
Exposure and understanding of contract management
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent relationship skills
Comfortable working as part of a team
