About the role In this role, you will work closely with the Reactive Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the seamless delivery of our maintenance service to the wider University. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and monitoring workflow in alignment with our service level agreements, providing support in health and safety, resource management, and general administration to our trade teams.
About you The ideal candidate will have knowledge of estate related legislation and regulation, ideally with building trade knowledge and experience in a related role. As an individual, we would expect you to have a strong focus on the customer experience, reflected in strong communication and organisational skills. You should be able to demonstrate proficient MS Office skills.
