Our client is looking for a Town Planner to join their team in Newcastle . As a Town Planner you will be working on a diverse workload throughout the UK for a wide range of clients. 

As a Town Planner you will be:

  • Undertaking policy research
  • Carrying out planning appraisals for clients prior to acquisition of a site
  • Drafting planning statements and pre-application letters
  • Submitting applications on the planning portal
  • Monitoring planning applications.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • One year in the Town Planning industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A Degree in Town Planning
  • Hybrid/Remote work is available.
