£45000 per annum, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our Guilford Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC or HPC. You bring a passion for high standards, a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience. You're a focused, flexible and motivated team worker.
Responsibilities of a Theatre Practitioner/ ODP:
Work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities, which are all state-of-the-art.
Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.

High levels of focus and engagement.
A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.
Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
Post-registration experience.
Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker. You will also be flexible and motivated.

About Guildford Hospital
At Nuffield Health Guilford we work with leading Consultants to offer a range of services and treatments for preventing, diagnosing and treating a wide array of medical conditions and offer a wide range of complex surgery and services. Our care is matron led and we are proud to have received a "good" rating from the health care regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our facilities include 49 en-suite patient bedrooms, 4 operating theatres, acute dependency and oncology units. We've been awarded the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark for cancer care. Our site is shared with an NHS Trust hospital, giving us access to their facilities. The working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating, yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit. The hospital is easily accessible from the A3 or M25 and we are located about 1.5 miles from Guildford town centre.
