This position is open to current Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) staff only.

A temporary On-Call Crew Manager  vacancy has become available at the Mildenhall Station . The vacancy is expected to be for 6 months in the first instance and will be reviewed 4-weekly.

This role is conditioned to the On Call duty system and will be filled based on eligibility and performance on a temporary basis.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service are looking to fill this vacancy with a motivated and committed individual who can demonstrate strong organisational values in line with SCC and SFRS.

Question 3:  Name a time when you have assisted with a project within SFRS and what you achieved.How did you help obtain acceptance/agreement to support the desired project outcomes?

Question 4:  What are the challenges you feel SFRS are facing regarding the recruitment and retention of on-call personnel, both now and in the future? Please outline what you could do to help address them?
