Hours: Monday - Friday - 35 hours per week 9:00am- 5:00pm - Fridays will be working from home!

Location: Bradford - BD1

Pay Rate: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 8 weeks- End of July- potential to be offered a permanent opportunity afterwards

We are partnering alongside an insurance company who we have known for many years! They are looking for a Claims Handler/Customer Service Advisor to come and support their business on a temporary basis until June. You will be joining on one of their small, friendly Customer Service teams supporting customers on settling their claim.

Please note that if you are ideally looking for a permanent role... for the right candidate they could offer this at the end of the assignment!

This client also offers home working every Friday!

Key duties will be:

To manage property claims from notification to settlement

Assess, validate, and settle claims under the terms of the insurance policy, ensuring all steps and outcomes are clearly communicated to the policyholder.

Manage customer interactions, liaise with suppliers, and correspond with all parties involved in the claims process.

Prioritise and organise daily workload in conjunction with team requirements

Ideal candidate will have:

Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Organisational skills and be self-motivated.

IT literate- Microsoft, Excel, Internal systems
