Berry Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Telesales Operatives to support a local Telemarketing Specialist.



We are looking for experienced Telesales Operatives. The shifts are : Monday - Thursday (09.00 - 17.00) Friday (08.00 - 14.45) We pay £11.44 per hour.


This includes a commission structure which is payable after 13 weeks.


The role/responsibilities :



  • Experienced working within a similar role is essential, making outbound calls.

  • All the calls are dedicated warm leads.

  • Able to achieve target calls (depending on campaign)

  • Confident to deliver calls to Senior decision makers in companies such as MD,FD,HRD.Marketing Director

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

  • Excellent spoken English and good clear telephone voice.

  • Self-motivated.
