Actively engage with the wider technical community to build and maintain mutually beneficial, rewarding and long-term relationships with the experts in our field
Articulate esynergys values, mission, and culture and how it drives our successful delivery of digital platforms, product and innovation
Create, nurture, and adapt talent pipelines that enable us to fit the right opportunities quickly and effectively with the right people
Collaborate with our colleagues and clients to ensure that business goals and requirements are communicated effectively to candidates
Advise and manage both interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure its and effective and positive experience for all
Provide market insights to the business, enabling us to react and respond to changes in the broader technical community
Requirements: ✔ ️
Experience in a sales role, outbound call centre or related sales position would be advantageous
Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Interest in technology, negotiating and critical thinking.
