We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager for our client, a family owned, leading name in food production.
Your role will be to drive delivery and continual improvement in relation to customer services ensuring customer to factory alignment with clear transparency.
Drive the customer’s best practice food production standards and technical standards taking into consideration the commercial challenges of the business.
Duties will include:
Internal Auditing: Quality Management System, Prerequisite Programs
Lead service audits
Manage raw materials & Supplier verification
Training of Operations on critical food safety, legality and quality procedures and processes
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Ensuring internal and external customer requirements are achieved and continually improved with regard to products post launch and issues arising from visits and audits
Ensure that customer and legal requirements are maintained for compliance at all times.
To ensure all relevant technical matters relating to customer / product are formally communicated to the appropriate personnel within the business.
To develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
