Our client are one of the largest commercial property and real estate organisations across the UK and Europe, who offer both consultancy and M&E services across the commercial environment. Currently they seek an electrically-biased M&E Technical Services / Engineering Manager to work across a variety of different contracts in Central & Greater London. Working across varying contracts including commercial office space, events space, museums, it will involve working in tandem with the various site engineering teams to deliver training courses including AP assessments, involvement with HV shutdowns and switching for critical works and maintenance/projects. Guideline salary for this position is £70-75,000 and includes a package comprising of car allowance, annual discretionary bonus, healthcare and pension.
Candidates must be fully qualified in electrical engineering, ideally through a full apprenticeship, and must demonstrate a strong aptitude for HV distribution. Preferably this will be current/previous status as a Senior Authorised Person (SAP) for 11kv Distribution, while at minimum candidates must have HV AP / AP 15 status, with experience leading site shutdowns, writing switching schedules & permits, co-ordinating specialist contractors, etc.
