We re seeking a TechnicalRecruiter to attract source and hire qualified candidates forAutomatIT s positions across EMEA. You will collaborate withvarious departments and hiring managers to understand theirstaffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Work location hybrid from Madrid orLondon
Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain candidatepipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter XRaysearch Boolean search job boards referrals blogs networking eventsand more.
- Conduct market research to identifyand map out key talent pools market benchmarks and competitorlandscapes
- Own full responsibility for yourassigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) on a daily to guarantee that allcandidates data and status are up todate
- Manage the hiring process of assignedroles endtoend
- Provide a positive candidateexperience and act as a brand ambassador for theorganization
- Collaborate with hiring managersto understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitmentplans
- Build a diverse and talented workforce tomeet the organizations goals
- Assure each roleis posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn job boards andother social media platforms
- Work hybrid fromthe localoffice
Requirements :
- 3 years ofexperience as a Technical Recruiter in a global techcompany
- 2 years of experience in interviewingsourcing and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloudfields such as DevOps Engineer Cloud Architect FinOps Analystetc.
- 2 years of experience in globalrecruitment
- Indepth experience with LinkedInRecruiter and Boolean/Xray search
- Experiencewith managing hiring processes via ATS
- Have adatadriven approach and utilize analytics to inform recruitmentstatus and other HR strategies
- A proven trackrecord of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turnpassive prospects into candidates
- Selfstarterwith the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and workindependently
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English (additional language is anadvantage)
- Experience with Comeet ATSadvantage
- Experience with Google Workspaceadvantage
- Experience in recruiting for Sales orMarketing rolesadvantage
