What you will work on
We are looking for a Technical Consultant D365 CE who wants to take the opportunity to participate in a growth story together with us. We have ambitious plans to build a Customer Engagement team and you will have the opportunity to build that team together with us. You will also join the Dynamics 365 Project team where you will guide our clients in their transformation path to a customer engagement platform.
As a Technical Consultant D365 CE, you will
Translate requirements into design provided by and in collaboration with a solution architect and the standards, branding, and artifacts.
Configure, document and implement verify solutions based on the Microsoft D365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform (Power apps), Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud capabilities.
Create enhancements, custom user experiences, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations.
Identify, generate, and deliver artifacts for packaging and deployment to DevOps CI/CD.
Actively contribute to POCs/demo’s, training and workshops.
Support less experienced technical consultants during implementations to enhance our capabilities.
What you bring

At least 3 years of proven knowledge and experience as a technical consultant, analyst & developer in following domains on customer D365 CE implementation projects (waterfall/agile): Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE : Sales and Marketing , Customer Service, Field Services. Power Platform : Canvas & Model Driven apps, Power Automate, PCF. Azure Integration services : Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors and Plugins. Azure DevOps LCS, practices and tool (ALM). SQL Server Management Studio, Postman. Visual Studio : HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, .NET C#, RESTful web services. Dataverse, Dual Write, Data Entities. D365 F&O (X++) or AX customization is a plus.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
MS certifications in related domains are considered a plus, willing to go for one or multiple certificates is that too (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM and/or ERP, MS Power Platform Fundamentals, MS Power Platform Developer Associate, MS Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, MS D365 FO Apps Developer Associate).
Experience with a MS implementation partner or ISV is a plus.
