We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum. In addition, we offer up to 33 days of annual leave (depending on the shift pattern) as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Team management; developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs
- You’ll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you’ll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
- You’ll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible
- Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, automation and multi-channel
- Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
- Well-versed in warehouse management systems
- Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
