Team Leader - Childrens services (5 years to 18 years)
POSITION IN SWINDON
£27500 - £32000 dependant on experience

40 hours available - Mornings in to the afternoons, afternoons into the evenings and Night shift.
Car driver preferable

Requirements:
- Flexible to work weekends
- NVQ 3 preferably however our client will look at NVQ 2 dependant on how many years experience
- Medication trained
- Computer literate
- Supervisory skills
- Write and develop care plans and risk assessments for all new residents
- Complete monthly care plan evaluations, making changes as necessary.
- Act as a key communicator on Resident Care Matters
- Liaise with GP's and healthcare professionals
- Referrals to dietitians /OTs/mental health team and other health professionals
- Supporting staff with all care supporting documents
- Supporting the home on call when the manager is away
- Participate in the induction of new staff
- Staff meetings
