  • What They're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with severe autism is a plus.
  • A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A sense of humour and a positive outlook-because we believe in bringing energy and enthusiasm to our work!
  • Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent experience.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
