Academics are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support secondary school pupils in the Sheffield area. The role will include one to one support or small group work. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with pupils and help them succeed in mainstream education. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone succeed because of your support. You can experience that in various schools and make a difference to the lives of many pupils across Sheffield.

Requirements of the Teaching Assistant role:
* Experience of working with young people.
* Experience of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
* Work well with others. Support the classroom teacher.
* Patience and empathy.
* Relevant qualifications. Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualifications are desirable.
* Live in or be able to commute to Sheffield.
