The Successful Candidate will:

have a good knowledge and understanding of the Key Stage curriculum (including the teaching of phonics in KS1)
have the drive to support the delivery of fun and creative lessons designed to enable children to develop their thoughts independently in a safe and welcoming learning environment.
build good relationships with the whole school community; children, staff, parents and governors.
is committed to teamwork.
have the ability to deliver and track interventions for small groups of children
