Teaching Assistant Role for Psychology Graduates

Protocol is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduates to join our team in supporting students with a range of abilities and needs, including Autism, ADHD and Severe Learning Difficulties. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of these students and contribute to their educational and personal development.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or group support to students with SEND

Encouraging and support children with class tasks.

Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.

Communicating effectively with students and provide behavioural support

Use a range of resources and learning techniques to help students understand and engage in lessons.

We are looking for someone with:

A passionate and positive attitude towards creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for SEN children.

An open-minded individual who enjoys a collaborative environment.

Adaptable and versatile individual, who can apply this to a classroom environment.

Holds a valid DBS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
