Position: Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, tailoring assistance to their individual learning needs.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have access to the curriculum and necessary resources.
Assist with the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and resources.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the planning of individualised education plans (IEPs).
Participate in school activities and events, supporting the wider school community.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in the UK is essential.
A solid understanding of the UK curriculum and effective support strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
Relevant qualifications or training in education, child development, or a related field are desirable.
