You will be working as a teaching assistant for Hays Education, part of Hays Specialist Recruitment Agency. We are the UK and the World's largest specialist recruitment agency and have over 50 years experience. You will be working alongside some of the best trained consultants in the industry hoping to find and secure the perfect job for you.
Your new role
Youwill be travelling to schools on a day to day basis doing daily supply or prebooked work if that's what you prefer, building relationships with the childrenand your colleagues to progress your career. You get to choose your ownpreferred key stage and availability to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll need to succeed

A passion for building relationships
The drive and desire to help children learn and succeed
A valid and up to date DBS, if you already have one brilliant, if not we can do one for you.
Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
You must have at least 40 days experience working as a Teaching Assistant within the last two years, which we are able to reference. Hays wees all candidates whether you are qualified or unqualified! You must bemitted, flexible and have a calm and understanding approach to working with children.
