Holiday Entitlement: In addition to your holiday entitlement and paid bank holidays, you will be offered 5 days paid dependency leave a year.
Career Teachers are seeking a specialist teacher to join a supportive and inclusive Alternative Provision.
Role Description:
- This teacher will work collaboratively and holistically to deliver an education provision which is unique to each learner that gives them the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
- This teacher will be a flexible and innovative teacher through planning and delivery of a curriculum.
- This teacher will implement an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for learners with special educational needs through individual and small group teaching and learning.
- This teacher will monitor and support the overall progress and development of learners on the identified site/sites as a lead teacher.
Key Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent qualification combined with SEN experience supporting children and young people or vulnerable adults.
- UK Driving Licence and access to a road worthy vehicle.
