This is a projectfor 14 months with an anticipated go live date of Nov 2025. The NECSystems Analyst will work closely with various stakeholdersincluding business users module leads Housing Management ITexternal vendors and NEC to ensure the system meets the localauthoritys requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities: System Implementation: o Lead the solutiondesign parameter design and configuration of the NEC Housing systemensuring it is configured to meet the specific needs of the localauthority and module leads. o Lead the mapping of legacy (Capita)data to NEC data. o Support the council IT team s build activity byadvising on build steps and actions. o Conduct detailed analysis ofcurrent module specific processes to identify requirements andareas for improvement. o Support SBC business users and moduleleads during NECled workshops challenging appropriately andproviding the benefit of your experience of similarimplementations. Stakeholder Engagement: o Work collaborativelywith key stakeholders including business users housing managementteams IT NEC consultants and external vendors. o Facilitateworkshops and meetings to ensure all parties are informed andengaged in the implementation process. o Provide regular updates tosenior management on project progress risks and issues. TechnicalAnalysis: o Perform detailed technical analysis to understand thebusiness needs and ensure the system meets them o Provide guidanceand advice on solution design and module specific good practice.Develop proposals and presentations to help guide the business tosound decisions. o Resolve any technical and functional issues thatarise during the implementation process. o Support system testingand quality assurance to ensure the system meets all functional andtechnical requirements. Training and Support: o Develop and delivercoaching and training for endusers to ensure they are proficient inusing the new system. o Provide support and troubleshooting duringthe project and postgo live phase. o Create comprehensivedocumentation including user manuals and technical guides.
