Sustainability Consultant – IES experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy who provide their specialist technical advice across all sectors of the built environment. They are looking for a Sustainability consultant who is proficient is IES software to work on a range of commercial and non-domestic projects.
Role responsibilities include:
Carrying out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
Use IES software to produce TM59 compliance reports
Help clients achieve Net Zero and ESG objectives
Help clients understand UK Building regulations such as Part L and Part O
The ideal candidate will have:
Level 4 NDEA accreditation with relevant experience within a sustainability consultancy role
Proficiency with IES software, with a history in carrying out overheating assessments to TM52 and TM59 being beneficial
Good understanding of UK government policy and building regulations in relation to sustainability.
Experience with LCA and whole life carbon consultancy would be advantageous
