As a valued Support Worker with Thera South West, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will change with everyone you work with because everyone is different. Join our team working in our shared house for 4 people with complex health needs. Some experience with Epilepsy and high health care needs would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role. You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
