We’re urgently recruiting care assistants and support workers in Herne Bay and nearby areas to cover regular day or night shifts. You’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with spinal injuries and associated complex care needs to live well.
As a care assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients. Plus, benefit from a fixed rota and the option of overtime.

Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.

Care assistant requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience in personal care is required.
- Previous experience working with spinal injury clients is essential.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- A minimum commitment of 24 hours a week.
