    Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25? We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our client’s dedicated team of support staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and well-being of young individuals, fostering an environment that encourages personal development towards independent living.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Provide essential support to young people, ensuring a safe and nurturing living environment.

    · Maintain boundaries and facilitate learning, training, and volunteering opportunities.

    · Organize and oversee residents’ activities, contributing to a supportive culture that promotes individual growth.

    Qualifications and experience:

    The ideal candidate should be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related field of social care, youth work, or a similar discipline. A minimum of 1 years experience working with young people facing moderate to high behavior, emotional, or learning challenges within a residential or housing setting is required.
