Support staff for 1:1 TA

Have you worked with children with additional needs previously?
If so, we may be able to help! Tradewind is currently working with a fantastic primary school in Bedford who would like to employ a new member of staff from September. The role is to work across different year groups, especially supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis.
This is an outstanding opportunity which will be for the full academic year with the potential to carry on a permanent basis for the right person.
We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
Degree qualified or level 3 qualification.
Makaton and Pecs experience (qualifications highly desirable).
Experience delivering interventions across different year groups.
Worked with small groups and provided 1:1 support previously.
Experience and extensive SEN knowledge.
Able to effectively support children with global development delay, autism, SEMH difficulties, speech, and language difficulties.
Confident individual who can work on their own initiative.
Can commit on a long-term basis from September.
DBS on the update service or willing to complete one asap.
Happy to register with tradewind.
