Job Title: Supply Teacher

Salary:

£120 - £140 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across different age groups and subjects as required
  • Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching or working with students preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional training in special education or teaching English as a second language
  • Experience with remote or online teaching platforms

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a school setting with classroom and outdoor activities
  • May require travel to different schools within the region
  • Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend work for school events

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
